After completing the onboarding process, Studio Suite will create for you demo classes, schedules, locations, rooms, instructors and class types. These will help you save time and get a better understanding of how our software works.
You can click on the Classes button to display the list of available classes. You will start with our demo class, Ballet, with the status Draft.
You can click on the Events button to display the list of available events. You will start with our demo event, Pretty Princess Party, with the status Draft.
You can click on the Schedules button to display the list of available schedules. You will start with our demo schedule, Trial Classes, set as a Plain List. Schedules are used to display classes and you can choose between 3 completely different visual styles.
You can click on the Settings button and then on the Instructors tab, to display the list of available instructors. You will start with the instructors you added in the onboarding process. You can have as many instructors as you want.
You can click on the Settings button and then on the Location tab, to display the list of available locations. Studio Suite will use your company name and address to create a demo location. A location can have as many rooms as you want.
You can click on the Settings button, then on the Location tab and then click edit the location, to display the list of the rooms of the location. You will start with our demo rooms, 1,2 and 3, with a capacity of 20 spots each.
# Class Types
You can click on the Settings button and then on the Class Types tab, to display the list of available class types. You will start with our demo class types: Ballet, Contemporary, Lyrical, Tap, Jazz, Acro and Hip Hop.
# General Settings
Before moving forward, you should take a look in the Settings tab for the initial set up. Your account name will be already filled in, with your Company name, but you can change it at any time. Your Company name will also be used to auto-generate your Domain address. You should change this right away, if necessary, as this would be the URL of your schedules page. In the General tab, you can also change the default Date & time format, Currency, Color scheme and add a logo.
If you want to change labels or messages displayed in the frontend, you can use the Text customization option. Click on the Change button and then Add New to see a list of strings you can replace. The strings are split in 5 categories: Schedules list, Schedule page, Class page, Event page and Confirmation. Click on the All button, at the right of the Search field, to choose a category. Once you select a string from the list, a text field will be displayed and you will be able to add a new string to replace it. The new value will be displayed in the Global text customization list, under the Custom column.
In the Integrations tab, you can connect to your Drip account. To use Studio Suite core functionalities, like mailing, you need to use either the Drip integration or the Automations tab. The Automations tab should cover all the basic mailing needs, but if you are looking for something more advanced, you can use Drip. Click here for a detailed Drip integration guide.
