# Integrations

Integrations Tab

The Integrations tab allows you to connect Studio Suite to a few external platforms: Drip, Stripe, Twilio, SendGrid, Google Analytics and Facebook.

# Connect to Drip

Drip is an eCRM (email customer relationship manager) that helps you get to know your customers on a deeper level. Drip sends all of the confirmation, reminder, and follow up emails before and after a class. In other words, Studio Suite constantly talks to Drip and tells it when to trigger the emails that you write ahead of time.

Drip Login

To use Studio Suite core functionalities, like mailing, you need to use either the Drip integration or the Automations tab. The Automations tab should cover all the basic mailing needs, but if you are looking for something more advanced, you can use Drip. The process needs to be completed only once.

Drip Dashboard

Step 1: First, you should go to Drip website, click on login in the top-right corner, enter your email address and password and Sign In to your Drip account. Next, click on Settings and then on OAuth Applications.

Drip Applications

Step 2: You need to create an application for Studio Suite. Type in the application name and click on Create Application. Your new application should be displayed in the list with the status Active. Click on the Edit button to access the application settings.

Drip Client ID

Step 3: The Client ID and Client Secret will be automatically generated. The only field you need to fill in is the Callback URL. This URL has a default structure: https://my.getstudiosuite.com/drip/ Add this link in the Callback URL field and click Save.

Drip Integration Connection

Step 4: Go back to the Integrations tab of Studio Suite, click on Change under Connect to Drip, and add Client ID and Client Secret in the corresponding fields. Click on Save.

Drip Redirect

This should send you to the Drip website and require you to log in, if you are not already. A Drip Redirect pop up window will be displayed, click on OK, I understand. Also, if you have multiple Drip accounts, you will need to choose the account you want to connect. Next, you need to grant access to Studio Suite to read and write in your Drip account.

Drip Grant Access

Step 5: Click on the Authorize button. This should send you back to Studio Suite, where you need to wait a few moments for the connection to be established. Once it is done, you should see your Connect to Drip status changed and the red circle going green.

Drip Connected

Your Studio Suite account is now connected to Drip and you will be able to use all the info for mailing campaigns. You can disconnect at any time, to stop sending info to Drip. If you want to learn more about using Drip, you can browse through the Drip documentation. Also, if you want to know more about our authentication process, you can read the Authentication chapter in the API documentation. We are using full OAuth 2 authentication.

TIP

If you want to display dynamic info based on location, using liquid code in Drip, please check the short video below.
