The Locations tab will display boxes for all your available locations. Click on the + Add New Location box to create a new location. If you hover the mouse over the right side of a location box, the Edit, Rooms, Business Hours and Seasons buttons will be displayed.
When creating a new location, you need to add the following info: Location name, Address, Apartment or suite, Country, Zip, State, City, Description, Email, Phone and URL. After filling in all the fields, click on the Add Location button at the bottom to open the location set up screen, with the following options:
# Choose image
Click on the Choose image button to upload your location image. It will not be displayed in the frontend. At any time, you can Remove it or Change it.
# Business hours
Use the calendar to choose the days and time intervals when the location is open. You can click on the box for any day and also navigate from month to month.
When you click on an empty day box, you will open the Edit Location Hours window. Here, you need to click on Add new time interval, to choose the starting and ending time of the location availability. A location can have multiple time intervals in the same day, that can not overlap. After choosing one or several time intervals, you can apply them to that particular day (ex: Apply only to March 8) or to all similar days of the week (ex: Apply to all Fridays). You can also block the date. If you need different increments when setting the starting and ending time, click on the stopwatch icon, in the top left corner. Available increments are: 5 mins, 10 mins, 15 mins and 30 mins.
If you have more than one location, you can use the Delete button at the bottom of the screen to delete a location.
Click on the + Add Season button to create a new season for the location. You will need to type in a Season name and choose the Starting & Ending dates of the season.
The available seasons will be displayed in a list. Hover the mouse over the name of the season in the list and then click on Edit, in the rightmost column, to change its settings. You can also delete the season.
Seasons can help you save time, if you assign them to classes. When creating a class, you can click the Seasons button, on the top-right corner of the When does this class take place? calendar. This will allow you to choose one of the location's seasons and automatically apply its starting and ending dates to the class. If you assign a Season to a class, it will not be displayed in schedules and booking for it will not be available outside the Season. So, the class will be available for booking only between the starting and ending date of the Season.

Click on the + Add Room button to create a new room. You have 3 available text fields for info related to the room: Room name, Size and Capacity. You can also choose a room Color, for color coding the room in schedules.
The available rooms will be displayed in a list. Hover the mouse over the name of the room in the list and then click on Edit, in the rightmost column, to change its settings. You can also delete the room.
